Job summary

Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in Pompton Plains, NJ is seeking part-time and per diem CNAs. Earn $22.00–$26.25 per hour with shift differential, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities include supporting residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs; assisting with activities of daily living; implementing personal care plans; and administering medications in coordination with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of Medication Administration experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living.
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and routines.
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are addressed in a timely manner; Administration of medication to residents.
