Job summary

Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in Pompton Plains, New Jersey, is seeking compassionate CNAs for part-time and per diem schedules. Competitive hourly pay ($22.00-$26.25) plus shift differential, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities include supporting residents’ physical, emotional, and clinical needs, assisting with activities of daily living, and administering medications in collaboration with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification for the state you work in.
• Current Medication Administration certification required by state.
• Minimum of 1 year CNA experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year Medication Administration experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional and clinical needs.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Implement residents' personal care plans with focus on preferences and routines.
• Provide assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Coordinate with the clinical team to address resident needs promptly.
• Administer medications to residents.
