Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in Pompton Plains, NJ is hiring for part-time and per diem Certified Nursing Assistants. You will provide compassionate resident care, assist with daily living activities, and implement personal care plans in collaboration with our clinical team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of Medication Administration experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living.
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging.
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matterAdministration of medication to residents.
