Job summary

Spring Arbor of Rocky Mount is seeking a Part-Time Medication Tech to assist Assisted Living residents with medications and daily care under supervision. Shifts include 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am, offering opportunities to contribute to a warm, supportive home environment.

You will help residents self-administer medications per state guidelines and provide daily living support, while communicating with the Resident Services team to ensure consistent care and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Minimum one year experience with senior adults preferred.
• May be a Licensed or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Nursing Assistant (NA) depending on state requirements; if licensed or certified, must be in good standing.
• Must possess current Medication Training certification.
• Must have a positive Criminal Background Screening.
• Drug Free Workplace policy adherence.
• CPR and first aid certification preferred or as required by state.
• Experience with computerized resident documentation systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with medications per State guidelines.
• Provide daily care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and incontinence care.
• Communicate daily with the Resident Services team for seamless care.
• Participate in resident activities and lead them when needed.
• Greet residents, coworkers and visitors with friendly, courteous care.
• Other duties as assigned per full description.
