Spring Arbor Senior Living of Fredericksburg in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking part-time Medication Aide/Med Tech to support residents with medications and daily living needs. You’ll work on our Assisted Living team under the Resident Care Director, delivering compassionate care in a home-like setting.

Available shifts include 1st shift 6 AM–2 PM and 2nd shift 2 PM–10 PM. Earn up to $23.90/hour based on experience, with Same Day Pay and an employee referral program to reward your commitment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum one year experience with senior adults preferred.
• May be a CNA/NA depending on state requirements; must be in good standing.
• Must possess current Medication Training certification.
• Criminal Background Screening required.
• CPR and first aid certification preferred or state required.
• Experience with computerized resident documentation systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide resident care services including assistance with medication self-administration.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, mobility, incontinence care).
• Maintain daily communications with Resident Services associates for continuity of care.
• Participate in resident activities and lead activities as needed.
• Meet customer service standards with resident satisfaction as a priority.
