Job summary

Spring Arbor of Outer Banks is seeking a certified Med Tech to lead nights as the night shift supervisor, supporting Assisted Living residents with medication administration and daily care.

This full-time role offers a $20/hr base, daily pay opportunity, and a stable night schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a collaborative team focused on compassionate resident care and safety. The position reports to the Resident Care Director and emphasizes high-quality, person-centered service.

Qualifications

• Med Tech or CNA certification.
• Med Tech/CNA experience.
• Compassionate, reliable and detail-oriented approach to resident care.
• Leadership skills to support the overnight team.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 1 year experience with senior adults preferred.
• Current Medication Training certification.
• Positive Criminal Background Screening.
• CPR/First aid certification preferred or required by state.
• Experience with computerized resident documentation systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with residents, associates, and visitors in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Assist residents with medications as allowed under State guidelines.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfer, mobility, etc.).
• Maintain daily communications with Resident Services associates to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in resident activities and lead activities as needed.
• Meet customer service standards with resident satisfaction as a priority.
