Job summary

CCS Medical, Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to support accurate pharmacy order processing, resolve patient issues, and assist with insurance coverage guidance. This role involves inbound/outbound calls, documentation, and collaboration with healthcare professionals.

The position is remote with mandatory in-office training during the first month at our Clearwater, FL location, offering a supportive team environment and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in health care insurance verification or order processing preferred.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and Microsoft products.
• Basic knowledge of billing procedures and payer requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process patient orders, update demographics, explain benefits, obtain consent, and confirm order status.
• Maintain patient profiles, enrollments, and support basic workflows per procedures.
• Use iPIMS, Parachute Health, email, and To-Do queues to document and complete work.
• Obtain and validate patient consents in accordance with privacy standards.
• Handle inbound/outbound patient service calls, explain insurance, process payments, and drive CSAT.
• Maintain knowledge of core product lines to support education and order accuracy.
• Build relationships with patients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams.
• Adhere to HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid and company policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and regular attendance; flexible for evenings/weekends.
• Must live in Clearwater area for training in-office.
