Qualifikationen

• EPIC EMR experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows-based desktop applications required.
• PC keyboard data entry skills required and ability to type.
• Basic knowledge of computers, medical terminology, and health insurance/managed care plans required.
• CPT/ICD-10 coding knowledge preferred.
• Excellent attitude, interpersonal skills and communication abilities are necessary.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Greet and assist patients and visitors.
• Register patients in accordance with policies.
• Verify and update patient information in the system.
• Answer telephones and schedule appointments.
• Enter physician charges daily and balance cash drawer.
• Collect self-pay monies, co-pays and patient balances.
