Job summary

Medi-Weightloss Princeton is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our in-person clinical team. You will work closely with providers and our Operations Manager to deliver compassionate patient care and maintain a welcoming clinic environment.

Responsibilities include vital signs, phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, room preparation, and EMR documentation, with opportunities for career growth as the practice expands. Anticipated start date is September/October 2026.

Qualifications

• Certification as Medical Assistant is required.
• Experience with phlebotomy, EKGs, and IM injections is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Strong organization and ability to multitask are needed.
• Comfort with learning new EMR and clinic technology.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and document patient vital signs.
• Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, IM injections and related procedures.
• Prepare exam rooms and assist providers.
• Maintain EMR documentation and patient records.
• Assist with scheduling, insurance verification, and inventory.
