Mass General Brigham is seeking a Medical Assistant I for onsite work in Jamaica Plain, MA. The role runs Monday through Friday, 1pm–5pm, supporting clinical and non-clinical patient services under healthcare providers.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, with 0–1 year MA or related experience preferred and BLS certification preferred. Strong patient interaction and EHR proficiency are essential.

Formación

• BLS Certification preferred.
• Direct MA experience or medical field work 0-1 year preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Interview patients to obtain medical information and vital signs.
• Show patients to examination rooms and prepare equipment for providers.
• Record patient medical history and test results in medical records.
• Answer telephones, take dictation, and complete insurance forms.
• Collect blood, tissue, or other specimens and log for testing.
• Prepare rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain supplies.
