Job summary

MediLodge is seeking a part-time MDS Registered Nurse for The Lodge at Taylor in Taylor, Michigan. The role focuses on timely MDS scheduling, completion and transmission, and collaboration with the care team to ensure quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, RN preferred.
• Valid nursing license in the state employed.
• Valid CPR certification.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors PPS and OBRA assessments and RAPS for accuracy and timeliness.
• Serves as Primary UR Coordinator and overviews data collection for care plans.
• Gathers information for assessments and participates in care conferences.
• Audits MARs, TARs, flow sheets, and physician orders for accuracy.
• Performs nursing duties as required and supports the care team.
