MediLodge is seeking a Part‑Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Michigan. You will plan, coordinate and provide total nursing care for residents, with supervision of clinical staff. The role emphasizes teamwork, timely documentation and adherence to all regulatory requirements.

We value qualified RNs with a state license, CPR certification, and at least one year of nursing experience. Flexible scheduling and a supportive environment help you advance professionally while delivering

Qualificações

• Ability to lead and coordinate nursing care.
• Strong communication with residents, families and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Initiate and lead care plan conferences.
• Assess and document residents' conditions and needs.
• Implement physicians' orders accurately and promptly.
• Schedule and delegate nursing duties to team members.
• Supervise LPNs, LVNs and CNAs.
• Administer medications, start IVs and perform treatments as required.
• Participate in orientation and in‑service training.
• Assist physicians with tests within licensure scope.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are safe and well maintained.
• Record observations and coordinate care during therapies.
