Qualifications
- Must possess a valid RN license in the state of Michigan.
- Hold a valid CPR certification.
- Preferred: One year of nursing experience.
Responsibilities
- Plans and coordinates total nursing care for residents.
- Supervises clinical staff and leads team conferences.
- Assesses and documents residents' conditions.
- Implements physicians' orders accurately.
- Administers medications and performs treatments as needed.
- Participates in orientation and training for new personnel.
