MediLodge of Southfield, located at 26715 Greenfield Rd, Southfield, MI, is seeking an MDS Registered Nurse (RN) to manage PPS/OBRA assessments, coordinate utilization review, and support care planning across the resident care team.

The role emphasizes accurate data input, collaboration with clinicians, and timely transmissions to the state, ensuring quality patient-centered care in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; RN preferred.
• Valid nursing license in the state employed and CPR.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Monitors PPS and OBRA assessments and RAPS.
• Primary UR Coordinator responsible for care planning inputs.
• Oversees gathering of information for assessments and care plans.
