Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Nursing from a regionally accredited college.
• Unencumbered RN license in Iowa.
• Illinois RN license required to teach all courses.
• Active BLS certification.
• At least two years of nursing instruction experience in the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Teach and implement curriculum in clinical nursing courses.
• Plan clinical experiences and supervise/evaluate students.
• Develop written assignments aligned with course objectives.
• Provide remediation and timely feedback on performance.
• Coordinate with clinical sites and stay updated on policies.
• Support program development and participate in college assessment.
