Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Nursing from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Unencumbered RN license in Iowa.
• Illinois RN license required to teach all courses.
• Active BLS certification.
• At least two years of professional teaching experience as an RN.

Responsibilities

• Teach and mentor BSN students in clinical setting.
• Plan clinical experiences and provide supervision and evaluation.
• Coordinate with clinical site policies and course objectives.
• Support course coordinator and participate in program development.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain professional standards.
