Job summary

Brunswick is hiring for a part-time dock operations role with Freedom Boat Club in Florida. You will greet members, check them in, and assist on the docks while ensuring vessels and the marina are well maintained.

The position requires outdoor work, weekend and holiday availability, and a customer-focused mindset. Responsibilities include equipment checks, weather logs, and providing basic guidance on local waters.

Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma and 18+ years of age.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and manipulate handheld tablets.
• Must follow safety policies and work outdoors near water.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge guests per company standards.
• Address guests’ service needs and provide basic guidance.
• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out using a tablet.
• Perform routine equipment checks and marina upkeep.
• Maintain vessel cleanliness and prepare weather/fuel logs.
• Communicate clearly with team and guests about safety.
• Follow all policies and maintain confidentiality.
