Job summary

Brunswick, including Freedom Boat Club, seeks friendly dock staff for part-time duties at Jensen Beach, FL. You will greet members, manage check-ins/outs on a handheld tablet, perform equipment checks, assist on vessels, and maintain a clean marina environment.

Availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays is required. Requirements include a high school diploma, 18+ years, valid driver’s license, and strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen required.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• High school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards.
• Address guests’ service needs and provide assistance.
• Answer telephone calls with proper etiquette.
• Manage check-in/check-out using a handheld tablet.
• Perform equipment checks to ensure functionality.
• Clean and maintain vessels and the club location.
• Prepare reservation systems, fuel logs, and weather reports.
• Provide basic guidance about local waters to members.
• Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality.
