Job summary

STAR HILL Family Athletic Center- Part-time Manager on Duty is seeking a part-time seasonal leader to oversee facility operations and the dome to ensure a safe, high-quality evening and weekend experience for members and guests.

You will inspect the venue, answer questions, interact with coaches and guests, and resolve issues while enforcing safety and cleanliness standards across gym, dome and cafe operations.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to follow directions.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Strong customer service skills for members and guests.
• Availability 5 PM to close on weekdays.
• Flexible weekend hours available.

We are looking for a part – time seasonal Manager on Duty to create exceptional experiences for our members, event participants and guests. You will be responsible for operations of the facility and dome to ensure the evening and weekend experience and safety of all participants.

Compensation: $16.94 - $16.94 per hour
