Job summary

A leading fitness center operator is seeking a Sales and Personal Trainer to promote health and wellness while enhancing client relationships. The role includes conducting assessments, maintaining safety protocols, and utilizing marketing tools for successful membership sales. Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales and/or personal training experience in a fitness center.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and retention.
• Positive attitude with the ability to engage clients.

Responsibilities

• Uphold safety protocols and equipment cleanliness.
• Conduct Safe and Healthy Start assessments for new members.
• Utilize tools and marketing support for membership sales.
• Participate in Healthtrax University Sales Bootcamp and training.
• Maintain clean, safe facilities and follow safety protocols.

Prior to working as a Personal Trainer in our fitness center with members you would need to secure and maintain a professional certification with a nationally recognized elite: NSCA, ACSM, NASM, ACE and get your CPR/AED.

Apply today if you have a positive can‑do attitude, proven track record selling, obtaining and retaining clientele; 3 or more years’ sales and, or Personal Training fitness center work experience; excellent verbal and written communications, time management and follow‑up skills and are a self‑starter.
