Wellstar Cobb Breast and X-Ray Center is seeking a Mammography Technologist to provide safe, high-quality imaging and compassionate patient care. This part-time role offers flexibility and supports ongoing career development through Wellstar's CareerCare program.

Responsibilities include performing mammography exams, ensuring patient privacy, and accurate documentation in PACS/RIS. Requires ARRT-R, ARRT-M, and BLS certifications with at least one year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Minimum 1 year of mammography experience in a hospital.

Responsabilités

• Perform mammography exams per physician order and protocol.
• Confirm patient identity with two unique identifiers.
• Review images for quality and completeness, maintain first-time acceptance rate.
• Operate mammography equipment safely and keep the suite clean per infection control guidelines.
• Document results in PACS/RIS and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
