Job summary

JES Holdings, Fairway Management division, is seeking a part-time housekeeper to maintain curb appeal and clean public areas of our apartment communities in Columbia Township, Missouri. The role involves cleaning hallways, restrooms, and units during make-ready processes and reporting to the property manager.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of housekeeping or cleaning experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of housekeeping or cleaning experience.

• Reliable, detail-oriented team player who can follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, sweep, and mop hallways and public areas.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and blinds in common spaces.
• Clean and sanitize public restrooms.
• Collect garbage from public receptacles.
• Polish and maintain surfaces in public areas.
• Assist in deep cleaning during unit make-ready for new residents.
