Qualifications

• 1–2 years of housekeeping experience.
• Ability to work in a residential, multi-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, sweep, and mop hallways and public areas.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, blinds, and surfaces.
• Clean public restrooms and remove trash daily.
• Polish surfaces and clean windows in public areas.
• Assist in turning units with deep cleaning for new residents.
• Report to property manager and handle delegated tasks.
• Maintain safety and positive relations with residents and vendors.
