Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a Housekeeper to prepare units and maintain common areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and guests. The role reports to the Property Manager and requires reliability and attention to detail to meet ZRS standards.

Responsibilities include cleaning make-ready units within 3–5 business days, servicing clubhouse and offices, and supporting safe housing practices. Full-time with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k

Qualifications

• Relevant experience or training in housekeeping or cleaning
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Clear communication with supervisor and coworkers
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Weekend work as determined by Property Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain common areas, clubhouse, offices, restrooms and guest suites.
• Prepare make-ready units, cleaning doors, windows, racks, counters, appliances, sinks and fixtures within 3–5 business days.
• Perform daily inspections and touch-ups along leasing tour route.
• Manage and request supplies needed to perform duties.
• Comply with Fair Housing requirements and laws.
