Job summary

Pivotal Housing Partners LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support Twin Oaks (40 units) in Ludowici, GA. This part-time role (24 hours/week) may require on-call availability for emergencies.

You will perform routine maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry), complete work orders, and help maintain safe, attractive grounds.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• HVAC training and certification preferred
• Commitment to regular attendance (may include weekend and OT hours)
• Ability to be “on-call” for emergencies
• Ability to receive, manage, and close work orders by using smartphone applications

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all current and future residents
• Complete resident work orders on a timely basis (24 to 48-hour expectation)
• Broad knowledge of general maintenance: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Assist with court-ordered “set-outs” when necessary
• Perform unit turnover between residents per company standards (3-5 days)
• Maintain grounds and curb appeal
• Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Be responsive to on-call emergencies
