Job summary

Pivotal is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Ludowici, GA. This part-time role provides routine maintenance to ensure a safe, comfortable living environment for residents, with on-call support for emergencies.

You will handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry tasks, perform unit turnovers, and assist with grounds upkeep while delivering excellent customer service to residents and visitors.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related maintenance experience.
• HVAC training and certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to be on-call for emergencies.
• Willingness to work weekends and OT hours.
• Ability to receive, manage, and close work orders via smartphone apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to residents.
• Complete resident work orders within 24–48 hours.
• Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Assist with court-ordered set-outs when necessary.
• Turnover units between residents (3–5 days).
• Be on-call for emergencies.
