Job summary

Pivotal is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Twin Lakes (42 units Senior Community) in Rantoul, IL. This part-time role offers 24 hours per week and on‑call support for emergencies, with a focus on delivering safe, clean, and well‑maintained housing for residents.

You will perform routine maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, handle resident work orders (24–48 hours), and contribute to curb appeal and grounds.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience.
• HVAC training and certification preferred.
• Ability to be on-call for emergencies.
• Ability to receive, manage, and close work orders via smartphone apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to residents.
• Complete resident work orders on a 24–48 hour basis.
• General maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Be on-call during emergencies and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Maintain grounds and overall curb appeal.
