Qualifications

• Experience in a Maintenance Tech position.
• Position requires ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 35 pounds without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and repairs of facility and equipment, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical tasks as directed.
• Service heating and cooling units/systems per manufacturer specs and safety policies.
• Occasional grounds, parking areas, driveways: cleaning, snow removal, salting as needed.
• Perform routine safety checks and ensure proper safety signage during floor cleaning and other duties.
