Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, doors and custodial tasks.
• Respond to urgent maintenance requests promptly.
• Keep environments safe and clean for students, staff and visitors.
• Mow lawns, remove snow and maintain athletic fields as needed.
• Assist with furniture assembly and movement.
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies and report safety hazards.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and attend work reliably.
