Job summary

Paramark Corp is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Technician in Ft. Collins, CO. The position is approximately 20 hours per week at $25 per hour.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and performing routine maintenance, documenting work orders, and coordinating with the Property Manager to ensure timely service requests. You will inspect units, order parts, and assist with make-ready checks and preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical experience required.
• Hand tools and power tools proficiency required.
• Able to use measuring devices and basic computer/email tasks.
• Organized, accountable, and a team player.

• Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance in a timely fashion.
• Ensure all service requests are completed daily.
• Document work performed in the electronic work order system.
• Inspect vacated units and create make-ready checklists.
• Order parts and supplies and maintain inventory.
• Perform emergency maintenance after hours as needed.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager daily.
• Follow safety standards (OSHA, health codes).
• Promote positive relations with residents and staff.

Paramark Corp is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in Ft. Collins, CO, as a Part-Time Maintenance Technician. This position is approximately 20 hours per week at $25 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and performing minor and routine maintenance in a timely fashion
• Ensuring all service requests are completed daily
• Accurately documenting work performed through our electronic work order system
• Inspect vacated units and create make-ready checklists
• Complete special projects as assigned and prioritized by the Property Manager
• Inspect the exterior of the property for needed preventative maintenance or repairs
• Complete or oversee the completion of the preventative maintenance or repairs
• Order parts and supplies and maintain inventory
• Obtain bids and negotiate pricing from outside vendors and contractors
• Perform emergency maintenance (after hours) as needed
• Coordinate with the Property Manager daily
• Perform and report on all work according to the safety standards of the company, OSHA, and health codes
• Keep work areas clean and tidy daily
• Promote positive public relations with residents, co-workers, and company staff through a friendly and courteous attitude.

Requirements

• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical, etc.
• Experience with hand tools including tape measure, square, level, hand saw, chisel, cutters, pliers, wrenches, screwdrivers, hammers, etc.
• Experience with power tools, including grinders, drills, various saws, rotary hammers, sanders, routers, planers, nail guns, air compressors, etc.
• Experience with mechanical equipment such as motors, pumps, compressors, blowers, etc.
• Experience with measuring devices such as voltmeters, multimeters, ohmmeters, PH tests, etc.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to use email
• Yardi / Voyager experience preferred
• Be organized and efficient.

• Be able to function as a team player
