Job summary

Bold Virtue Management is hiring a part-time maintenance technician to cover two Brenham apartment communities. This W-2 position offers 16 hours guaranteed per week and a pay range of $18–$24 per hour, depending on experience. On-call duties are paid separately.

You’ll handle HVAC basics, unit turns, light maintenance, and respond to work orders via Buildium. A reliable vehicle and own hand tools are required; EPA/HVAC certification is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Two years of hands-on maintenance. Apartment experience helps.
• Your own hand tools and a reliable vehicle.
• You live in Brenham or close enough to get on site fast.
• Comfortable using a smartphone for work orders.
• EPA or HVAC certification is a plus, not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• HVAC basics. Filter changes, condensate lines, minor troubleshooting
• Unit turns, punch work, paint touch-up
• Work orders come to your phone through Buildium
• Light grounds and common area upkeep
• On-call for after-hours emergencies, paid separately
