Job summary

HK Property Management California Inc is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician for our apartment maintenance team. This hands-on role handles resident work orders, HVAC/AC repairs, and general property upkeep at a 250-unit property.

The position requires EPA HVAC certification, maintenance experience, and the ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently. On-call rotation and teamwork are essential to our operation.

Qualifications

• HVAC/EPA certification required.
• Apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general repairs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently.
• Reliable and able to work as part of a maintenance team.
• Available for on-call emergencies as scheduled.
