Responsibilities include routine and emergency maintenance, HVAC troubleshooting, and various general repairs. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, independence, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification required.
• Multifamily property maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and carpentry.

The ideal candidate will be HVAC certified and experienced in maintaining and repairing apartment community systems to ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-functioning living environment for all residents.

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems.
