Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Able to perform minor building repairs.
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Flexible daytime hours and part-time schedule (16–24 hours per week).
