Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform minor/routine maintenance and repairs daily across trades.
• Complete maintenance requests within 24 hours where possible; respond to emergencies.
• Follow company policies and comply with OSHA, MSHDA, HUD, ADA and applicable laws.
