The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and basic tools for maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in maintenance or equivalent field.
• EPA Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the physical aspects of the property meet the company’s established standards.
• Diagnose problems and make repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry walling.
