Clark Associates seeks a part-time building maintenance candidate with working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems to perform minor repairs. The role offers 16–24 hours per week with flexible daytime hours.

A company vehicle and phone are provided while working between sites, and performance is evaluated annually with potential bonus payouts. Starting pay is negotiable based on experience, with opportunities for increases within the first 60 days.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Able to perform minor building repairs.
• Willing to work 16 to 24 hours per week with flexible daytime hours.
