Qualifications

• Maintenance tasks including grounds, fixtures, and facilities upkeep.
• Ability to follow schedules and instructions.
• Prolonged standing, walking, and light-to-moderate lifting.

Responsibilities

• Receive and follow maintenance schedule from supervisor.
• Perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, and driveways.
• Repair facility systems (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.) as directed.
• Clean windows and replace bulbs and lighting fixtures.
• Service heating and cooling units per manufacturer guidance.
• Assist in emergency evacuations when needed.
