Job summary

The Bristal Assisted Living is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support property maintenance and repairs across our luxury community. You will handle plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, furniture assembly, snow removal, equipment repair, and preventative maintenance.

HVAC experience is a plus, and you will interact with residents and team members professionally. A minimum high school diploma is required; technical training or certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or better required.
• Experience in maintenance/repair across multiple trades.
• Technical training or certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, and furniture assembly tasks.
• Handle snow removal and equipment repairs; perform preventative maintenance.
