Morningstar Properties in Fort Mill, SC is hiring a Part-Time Maintenance Associate to uphold the property’s appearance and safety. This hands-on role covers grounds, common areas, and facilities, with routine upkeep of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and minor repairs as needed.

You’ll work independently, move around the property, and collaborate with the Property Manager to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Past maintenance and/or janitorial experience required.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Handy with tools; basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required for occasional driving.
• Ability to move around the property and perform hands-on work.
• Willingness to learn and work independently.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a can-do approach.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a safe, clean environment for customers and team members.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Complete daily maintenance checklists and upkeep of the company truck.
• Communicate with Property Manager about status and delays.
• Keep tools and spaces organized and safe.
