Job summary

Morningstar Properties in Houston, TX is seeking a part-time Maintenance Associate for our Morningstar Storage facility. You will perform hands-on maintenance, upkeep building and grounds, and tackle HVAC, electrical, painting, carpentry, plumbing, and roofing tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Create an exceptional environment for our customers.
• Take pride in the physical appearance, facilities and grounds of the property including landscaping, cleaning and debris removal.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks: HVAC upkeep, electrical, painting, carpentry, plumbing, roofing repairs.
• Solve problems and complete checklists efficiently
