Job summary

Morningstar Properties LLC is seeking a part-time Maintenance Associate for our Morningstar Storage facility in Eustis, FL. You will be responsible for keeping the grounds, facilities, and units in top condition and ensuring a clean, safe environment for customers.

The ideal candidate thrives in a hands-on, non-desk role with a positive, can-do attitude, and has basic mechanical skills. Evening/weekend availability and a customer-service mindset are a plus.

Qualifications

• Curiosity & creativity to solve maintenance challenges.
• Independence, self-motivation and engagement.
• Can-do and happy-to attitude for a hands-on role.
• Able to move around the property and perform tasks.
• HVAC repair experience is a plus.
• Past maintenance and janitorial experience.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Handy with tools and basic mechanical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional environment for customers.
• Maintain appearance and grounds; perform cleaning tasks.
• Perform upkeep and repairs (HVAC, electrical, painting, carpentry, plumbing, roofing).
• Find effective solutions and complete checklists efficiently.
