Job summary

Morningstar Properties is seeking a part-time Maintenance Associate who is reliable, hands-on, and ready to maintain and improve our facility. You’ll care for the property’s appearance, perform routine maintenance on building systems, and keep common areas clean and safe, including landscaping, restrooms, and units.

The role requires basic mechanical skills, HVAC experience a plus, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Past maintenance and/or janitorial experience required.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for customers and team members.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and minor roofing repairs.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checklists accurately and on schedule.
• Complete routine maintenance and upkeep of company vehicle.
