Responsibilities

• Receive and review tenant maintenance requests and coordinate responses.
• Create, update, and track work orders in the property management system.
• Conduct move-in/move-out inspections and document property condition, damages, and needed repairs.
• Communicate with tenants to gather details and coordinate access for work.
• Schedule repairs with maintenance personnel, contractors, and vendors.
• Follow up on open work orders and provide timely updates to tenants.
