Job summary

Fetch Home Management LLC is seeking a part-time Maintenance Coordinator to oversee maintenance across our property portfolio, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely, compliant completion.

You will work with tenants, vendors, and city officials; maintain logs in the system; schedule preventive maintenance and handle billing and inventory. A high school diploma and 2+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational training preferred.
• 2+ years of experience as a maintenance coordinator.
• Experience with vendors, contractors, and city officials; familiarity with preventive maintenance scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and act as first point of contact for inquiries from tenants and property managers.
• Coordinate with tenants regarding maintenance schedules, expectations, and updates.
• Manage vendor relationships; schedule and oversee all work orders with third-party vendors.
