Job summary

Fastenal is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Administrator at the Jessup, PA distribution center. You will support the maintenance department with inventory management, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include ordering parts, scheduling contractor visits, maintaining reports, and ensuring safety compliance. Candidates should be organized, self-motivated, and capable of multitasking while adhering to health and sustainability

Responsibilities

• Order and receive parts from vendors with timely deliveries.
• Schedule on-site vendor visits and contractor meetings.
• Manage department inventory and procurement of parts.
• Create performance reports for the maintenance dept.
• Coordinate and document equipment calibrations annually.
• Develop and audit Lockout/Tagout procedures for assets.
• Enter expenses into work orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to safety rules.
• Support health, safety, and sustainability initiatives.
• Participate in trainings and EHS programs.
