Job summary

Fastenal Co. is seeking a Part-time Warehouse Associate in Reading, PA. The role supports inventory control, receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counting, with occasional local deliveries using a company vehicle.

Hours are up to 28 per week, with a Monday–Friday 7:00am–4:00pm schedule. Ideal candidates are 18+, possess a valid driver's license, and demonstrate strong communication, computer, organizational, and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record as required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills and basic math.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain branch inventory.
• Receive, pick, package, ship, and cycle count inventory.
• Make local deliveries with a company vehicle as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties to support branch success.
