You will perform interior/exterior upkeep, coordinate with contractors, and document preventive maintenance while supporting a welcoming living environment. This position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of related maintenance experience preferred.
• Completion of an accredited maintenance training program may substitute for work experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all interior areas to high cleanliness standards and perform routine/deep cleaning.
• Assist with exterior grounds maintenance and repairs in coordination with teams.
• Document and implement a preventative maintenance program for building and equipment.
• Prepare units for move-ins, including patching/painting and flooring refresh.
• Maintain fire safety records and respond to emergencies or environmental concerns.
• Document maintenance tasks using building management software and track work orders.
• Collaborate with staff and management to ensure safe, orderly operations.
