Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) at level 4/C or above.
• Experience providing business/admin/compliance support in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Confident using IT systems and databases to monitor activities.
• Understanding of compliance, governance and accurate record keeping.
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements in maintenance/operational settings.
• Excellent communication and ability to build effective relationships.
• Proactive, customer-focused approach with continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide business support to a multi-disciplinary technical team covering Disrepair, Responsive Repairs, HHSRS Hazards and Empty Properties.
• Coordinate and monitor maintenance activities, surveys, inspections, works and planning.
• Ensure maintenance and compliance activities meet targets, standards and service requirements.
• Maintain records, audit trails and documentation in asset housing and financial systems.
• Review service records to ensure data is accurate and up to date.
• Monitor progress of tasks and provide proactive support to customers and contractors.
• Support implementation of maintenance policies, processes and procedures.
• Assist with developing systems that improve efficiency and value for money.
• Build strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
