Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background; social media savvy; live-stream shopping or video demos; clienteling and data acquisition skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style guidelines.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and generate repeat business.
• Maintain daily store operations, inventory, and visual merchandising.
